We recommend and strongly encourage full immunisation for all babies and children under 5 years of age.
These immunisations are given by appointment only. You will be invited to make an appointment by letter or telephone around the time your child's vaccinations are due.
You can get an NHS Health check if you are aged 40 to 74years and not already on a disease register. If you are in this group you can expect to receive a letter inviting you for a check.
Don't worry if you haven't received your invitation yet, you will be invited for one over the next few years. If you've already had an NHS Health check you can expect to have another in five years time. If you're eager to take control of your health, you don't have to wait for us to contact you but may contact the surgery to make your own arrangements.
